(BEDFORD) - A Mitchell man was arrested Monday on a warrant for dealing oxycodone.
Bedford Police arrested 31-year-old Robert C. Kern on two counts of dealing a Schedule II controlled substance and two counts of possession of a controlled substance.
According to a Lawrence County Superior Court I probable cause affidavit, on two separate occasions in November 2015, a confidential informant met with Kern and bought oxycodone from him. Ken allegedly sold 16 pills to the informant altogether.
Kern did not have a prescription for the medication.
