(ORLEANS) - A Mitchell woman was arrested in Orleans on two meth-related charges during a traffic stop.
Orleans police arrested 28-year-old Amber Lively, May 10th on charges of possession of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia.
According to a press release, an officer a vehicle driving left of the center line and stopped the vehicle.
Two people were in the vehicle. Liverly was a passenger.
Police learned that neither Liverly or the driver had a valid driver's license and the vehicle had false and fictitious registration.
Police searched the vehicle, they found meth and syringes. Liverly says the items belonged to her.
The driver of the vehicle, was cited with driving with a suspended license. He did not face any additional charges.
Lively was taken to the Orange County jail without incident.
