(BEDFORD) - A Bedford man was arrested after police found meth in his truck.
On Monday Bedford Police arrested 22-year-old Brandy Lantz of Bedford on charges of possession of meth and drug paraphernalia and maintaining a common nuisance.
Police were called to the alley in the 1200 block of Fifth Street after a report that Lantz was passed out in his truck.
When police arrived they found Lantz passed out in a Ford Ranger. Police say he appeared intoxicated.
As officers woke Lantz and were patting him down they found a metal container in his pocket that contained a plastic baggie with crystal meth inside. They also found a metal smoking device and straw that all tested positive for meth residue.
He is being held in the Lawrence County Jail on a $7,500 surety or $755 cash bond.
