(BEDFORD) - Bedford police arrested 52-year-old Cameron Reed after he allegedly broke into a car and kicked another man.
Reed, who says he is homeless, is facing charges of battery, criminal mischief and unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle.
At 1:23 p.m., officers were called to the 1000 block of 16th Street after a man reported another man was in his vehicle.
The man told police Reed was in his car going through his belongings.
"When the man tried to get Reed out of his car, Reed kicked him in the groin," says Bedford Assistant Chief Joe DeWees. "Our officers found Reed on the ground when they arrived."
