(NASHVILLE) - A Nashville teen was arrested Friday after he allegedly slashed more than 40 tires on vehicles.
Police arrested 18-year-old Lavelle Albert on 44 counts of criminal mischief and 27 counts of trespassing.
According to Nashville Police Chief Ben Seastrom on Wednesday morning more than 27 people in the area of Artist, West drives and other side streets reported the tires on their vehicles had been punctured or slashed. More than 43 tires were damaged.
The punctured tires seem to have been picked at random and occurred between 1 and 4 a.m.
