Six Arrested On Meth Charges

(DAVIESS CO.) - An Investigation by the Daviess County Sheriff’s Office resulted in the arrest of 6 people Friday morning.
County deputies as well the Martin County Sheriff and an Indiana State Police troopers went to a home in the 1930 block of East County Road 250 South in Washington after a report of possible drug activity and looking for a person wanted on a warrant.
A search of the home resulted in police finding around 33 grams of crystal meth. Police also found marijuana, a Schedule IV controlled substance, syringes and other drug paraphernalia.
Police arrested:
- Lional A. Bogard on charges of dealing in meth over 10 grams, possession of meth over 28 grams, possession of syringe, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of Schedule IV controlled substance and visiting a common nuisance.
- Echo D. Petty on charges of dealing in meth over 10 grams, possession of meth over 28 grams, possession of syringe, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of Schedule IV controlled substance, visiting a common nuisance.
- Jessica R. Garland on charges of dealing in meth over 10 grams, possession of meth over 28 grams, possession of syringe, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of Schedule IV controlled substance, visiting a common nuisance and trafficking
- Jonathan W. Waggoner on charges of dealing in meth over 10 grams, possession of meth over 28 grams, possession of syringe, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of Schedule IV controlled substance and visiting a common nuisance.
- Heather L. McCord on charges of neglect of a dependent, maintaining a common nuisance, possession of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana
- Michael L. Kane on charges of visiting a common nuisance
