(BLOOMINGTON) - On Thursday afternoon Bloomington Police made drug arrests at Seminary Park.
At approximately 2 p.m., officers and detectives from the Bloomington Police Department went to Seminary Park located at 101 W. Second Street.
The arrests were part of an ongoing investigation into drug activity in the city park. Over a period of 6 weeks detectives, utilizing a variety of investigative tools from surveillance to controlled purchase of narcotics, identified 5 suspects responsible for dealing in controlled substances in the park.
The following individuals were arrested:
1. 23-year-old Albert Thomas on two counts of dealing in a synthetic drug or synthetic drug lookalike substance: two A misdemeanors
2. 45-year-old Curtis Davis on three counts of dealing in a narcotic drug, three Level 4 felonies
3. 31-year-old Travis Dugan on three counts of dealing meth, three Level 4 felonies
4. 38-year-old Zachary Fleener on dealing meth, a Level 4 felony and dealing meth, a Level 5 felony
5. 31-year-old Christina Harmon on two warrants for violation of terms placement, original charges of possession of meth, a Level 6 felony, possession of synthetic drug, lookalike substance a Class A misdemeanor, possession of drug paraphernalia, a Class C misdemeanor
