(BEAN BLOSSOM) - St. David’s Episcopal Church in Bean Blossom was vandalized with graffiti sometime Saturday night.
The Rev. Kelsey Hutto was notified of the vandalism Sunday morning by her church organist, who discovered the graffiti upon arriving at the church, which is located at the intersection of Ind. 135 and Ind. 45 in the Brown County community of Bean Blossom.
Police say someone had drawn a swastika, along with the tags "Fag Church" and "Heil Trump," on the exterior walls of the church.
Rev. Hutto has led the church for the past year and welcomes all people to its services. This is the first time the church has been targeted.
anyone with information is asked to call the Brown County Sheriff's Department at (812) 988-6655
