(BLOOMINGTON) - An oven fire damaged a Bloomington home on Saturday.
The Bloomington Fire Department responded to a home at 130 North Roosevelt Street at 2:50 p.m.
According to Sgt. Danny Gillespie, when firefighters arrived the home was filled with heavy smoke.
All of the residents were out of the home before firefighters arrived.
Firefighters were able to extinguish the oven fire quickly.
Damages to the home were estimated between $5,000 to $6,000.
