(BEDFORD) - A man was arrested on warrants for dealing heroin after a confidential informant bought heroin from him twice in September.
According to a Lawrence Superior Court II probable cause affidavit, the informant told Bedford Police Department officer Justin Dodd that 23-year-old Billy Dean Mills was selling heroin. The informant then went to Mills' home at 93 Walnut Heights and bought 1.7 grams of heroin from him.
Later that month, the informant bought another 0.85 grams of heroin from Mills at the informant's home.
Police arrested Mills on two felony charges of dealing in a narcotic drug and two counts of possession of heroin and two count of maintaining a common nuisance. He is being held at the Lawrence County Jail without bond.
