(BLOOMINGTON) - Three people were arrested Saturday morning after a domestic dispute left one man injured and an infant child taken from an apartment.
The original domestic call came from another address but led police to the 2490 block of Burberry Lane,
Police responded to the call and spoke with 22-year-old Makaila Bertram. Officer then went to an apartment on Burberry Lane and spoke to a male who was also involved in the dispute.
After police left the apartment, Makaila Bertram allegedly gave family members Bennie Bertram Sr., and Bennie Bertram Jr. a key to the apartment. The three went to the apartment and the men used the key to enter. The men then physically confronted the man inside.
The Bertrams then left the residence, taking with them the infant who was related to Makaila Bertram. Since the infant was related to one of them, the crime was not classified as a kidnapping.

All three Bertrams were arrested later that day at the Bloomington Walmart, and booked into the Monroe County Jail.
