(BEDFORD) - A Bloomington man was arrested after Bedford Police officers found him passed out in a vehicle Saturday at Walmart with a can of air duster spray in his hand.
Police were called to Walmart at 5:22 p.m. after a report of a man acting suspicious and possibly inhaling toxic vapors in a black Jeep in the parking lot.
When police arrived they found 25-year-old Tommy Jones passed out slumped over the center console of the vehicle holding the can of air duster.
According to Bedford Police Chief Dennis Parsley officers attempted to wake Jones several times. When he did wake he was disoriented and had urinated on himself.
"Officers found 11 cans of air duster inside the vehicle," Chief Parsley added.
