(NASHVILLE) - A family is considering two Nashville properties to open a snow tubing business.
Dale Martyn and her family attempted to open the business in Morgan County, but the Board of Zoning Appeals rejected their proposal in August after residents voiced the business would drop property values, increase traffic on roadways and cause too much noise in the area.
But, Nashville city officials are working with the family business to develop the business in Brown County.
The family is considering two properties - one is the former Ski World property, 259 acres located on Ind. 46 between Bloomington and Nashville.
The Martyn family hope to make a decision one which property to purchase within the next month.
