(BEDFORD) - A Mitchell woman complained of back pain after a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Ind. 37 and 39th Street Tuesday afternoon.
According to a Bedford Police report, officers were called to the accident at 1:45 p.m.
Police say, 56-year-old Jane O'Neal of Mitchell was traveling north on Ind. 37 and was at the intersection of 39th Street. At the same time, 51-year-old Laura Barlow of Bedford was traveling east on 39th Street attempting to cross Ind. 37.
Police say that Barlow's 2014 Dodge Ram collided with the driver's side of O'Neal's 1996 Pontiac Grand Prix.
Police say O'Neal had the right of way during the incident.
O'Neal complained of back pain. Barlow was not injured.
Barlow was cited for failure to yield the right of way.
