(DAVIESS CO.) - Two people were arrested Tuesday night on drug charges after a Daviess County Sheriff’s deputy stopped them for a traffic violation.
According to police, officers found Schedule II and IV controlled substance and a pipe used to smoke meth.
Police arrested the driver, 34-year-old Joshua Rush of Shoals, on possession and his passenger, 41-year-old Gretchen Harbison of Loogootee.
Rush is facing charges of possession of both a Schedule II and IV controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released after posting bond.
Harbison was wanted on a warrant in Greene County and is facing an additional charge of false informing.
