(BEDFORD) - Two people were injured in a two-vehicle accident at Thursday night at the intersection of John Williams Boulevard and James Avenue.
According to a Bedford Police report, 42-year-old Elizabeth Lattire suffered bruises to her head. The report did not include her address.
Lattire was a passenger in a 2013 Ford Focus driven by 57-year-old Deann Harmon of Sunman.
Harmon suffered scratches to her elbow and lower arm.
According to police, Harmon was traveling south on James Avenue and was attempting to cross John Williams Boulevard when she pulled into the path of a 1995 Ford Econoline E350 driven by 67-year-old Donald Scherschel of Mitchell. Harmon told police she didn't see the Scherschel's vehicle until she was in its path and she couldn't stop.
