(BEDFORD) - A Bedford woman was injured Saturday after the vehicle she was riding in stuck a wire fend, rolled and struck a small tree.
According to a Lawrence County Police report, 46-year-old Trisha Graybill complained of neck and leg pain. She was taken by ambulance to IU Health Hospital for treatment.
Police responded to the crash at 3:40 p.m. at Bud Stipp Road.
Police say 30-year-old Tony May was driving west on Bud Stipp Road, near Payton Road, in a 2006 Scion TC, when he says his brakes malfunctioned, causing the car to run off the road. The car struck a small wire fence, rolled, then struck a small tree.
May received a citations for driving with a suspended driver's license and false and fictitious registration.
