(CAMPBELLSBURG) - A Campbellsburg man was arrested Thursday and charged with murder.
According to an Indiana State Police report, troopers and Washington County police went to a home at 10906 Lost River Road after family members report that 20-year-old Blake Andrew Box-Skinner had not been seen or heard from for a couple of days.
When officers arrived, they did a search of the home and found Box-Skinner's dead body in an outbuilding on the property covered with debris. Detectives says he died from an apparent gunshot wound. An autopsy was performed at the Jefferson County Kentucky Medical Examiner's Office in Louisville, KY, this morning, and determined he died from a gunshot to the head to determine the official cause of death. ISP Sgt. Jerry D. Goodin, saysthe official and final autopsy results will not be released until toxicology tests are completed which usually takes six to eight weeks.
During the investigation, detectives from the Indiana State Police spoke with his roommate, 20-year-old Joshuah Wayne Emerson Rainbolt.
Indiana State Police Detectives arrested Rainbolt for the murder of Box-Skinner. He was also arrested on felony charges of obstruction of justice and improper disposal of a corpse and was taken to the Washington County Jail.
