(DAVIESS CO.) - The following people were arrested Tuesday night following a Daviess County Sheriff’s Department drug investigation.
Police arrested 36-year-old Andrew Hill of Washington on charges of dealing meth and a Schedule II controlled substance. He is also facing charges of possession of meth, drug paraphernalia, a Schedule II substance, a syringe and possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon and maintaining a common nuisance.
Police arrested 43-year-old Jason Hardy of Washington on charges of maintaining a common nuisance, possession of meth, possession of a syringe, and drug paraphernalia.
Also arrested was 34-year-old Charity Mattingly of Montgomery on charges of visiting a common nuisance, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Hill and Hardy are being held without bond. Mattingly is being held on a $2,000 bond.
