(BROWNSTOWN) - The staff at the Jackson County Jail pool their funds together to purchase a car for one of their own.
According to Jail Commander Charlie Murphy, Clyde Davidson has spent the past 35 years teaching new jailers the ins and outs of the business earning the respect of his co-workers, inmates and their families.
The Seymour Tribune reports, Davidson was given at 2005 Chevrolet Cobalt so he could get back and forth to work the three days a week he works.
