(MITCHELL) - A Mitchell man was arrested after he allegedly hurt two woman.
Lawrence County Police arrested 23-year-old Craig Rayhill on a warrant that charged him with two counts of battery, one count of criminal recklessness and resisting law enforcement.
According to a Lawrence County Superior Court I probable cause affidavit, on December 28 Rayhill allegedly grabbed and shoved a woman against a vehicle and then shoved her against a basement door.
The woman suffered cuts and bleeding to her face and pain throughout her body.
The domestic fight happened in the presence of a child under the age of 16.
A second incident happened later that same day when Rayhill allegedly attempted to bite a second woman and struck her with a vehicle. The woman had a visible injury to her hand and complained of pain following the incident.
Police say at the time of his arrest Rayhill resisted officers.
