(BEDFORD) - An Orleans man complained of neck pain after his vehicle was struck at the intersection of Ind. 37 and Fifth Street, Wednesday afternoon.
According to a Bedford Police report, 39-year-old Steven Sallee was traveling south on Ind. 37 and had stopped at the Fifth Street intersection for a red light. While stopped, his 2006 Ford F-150 was struck in the rear by a 2014 Chevrolet Equinox driving by 69-year-old Rosann Mahuron.
Mahuron told police she had stopped, but had looked down and thought the light had turned green so she started to pull forward. But traffic had not began to move because the light was still red. Her vehicle collided into the rear of the pickup truck.
Mahuron was not injured in the crash.
