(BEDFORD) - A Bedford man was arrested after police were called to a home in the 1700 block of H Street on Tuesday.
According to Bedford Police Chief Dennis Parsley, officers and medical personnel were called to the home after a family member found 25-year-old Jobie Hacker breathing but unresponsive.
"Officers were able to revive him," says Chief Parsley. "He was then taken to St. Vincent Dunn Hospital for observation. After being cleared by medical personnel, he was taken to jail."
Hacker is facing charges of possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia.
