(UNDATED) - Saturday is officially “2-1-1 Day” in recognition of the free and confidential, service that connects residents to essential health and human services.
United Way 2-1-1 South Central Indiana services Bartholomew, Brown, Decatur, Jackson, Jennings, Lawrence, Orange, Scott and Washington Counties. Available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, the 2-1-1 center is staffed by specialists to assist you with finding the resources to meet the needs of clients for things such as food, clothing, shelter, rent and utility assistance, and much more.
In celebration, United Way 2-1-1 will be hosting an open house 11 a.m. till 2 p.m. Friday, February 10, at our office (1531 13th St., Columbus, IN). Attendees will have the opportunity to enjoy refreshments, meet the staff and tour the Center after signing our confidentiality agreement.
