(SALEM) - Two people were arrested in Salem after police stopped their vehicle at the intersection of Florence and Carr streets on Tuesday, February 7.
Police arrested 40-year-old Timothy Martin, of Pekin and his passenger 23-year-old Mariah Smith of Campbellsburg.
Both are facing charges of possession of heroin and possession of a synthetic look-alike drug. Smith was also wanted on a local warrant and one out of Clark County. She is also facing additional charges of possession of a syringe and drug paraphernalia.
