(BLOOMFIELD) - A Bloomington man is facing charges for violating a no contact order and breaking into a Bloomfield woman’s home.
According to a probable cause affidavit, Bloomfield police arrested 27-year-old Kevin Donaldson, after the woman saw him leaving her garage as she was arriving home.
The woman waited in her car until police arrived.
According to police, the woman had filed a no contact order against Donaldson on March 6, the incident happen just two days later.
When police arrived they did a walk through of the home to make sure Donaldson was not inside. During a search of the area, they found Donaldson hiding behind a fence pole, near a tin shed on the neighbor's property, two houses north of the woman's home.
