Eight Arrested On Drug Charges In Martin County

(MARTIN CO.) - During the early morning hours on Friday, Martin County Sheriff’s Office investigation lead to the arrest of 8 individuals and more than 13 grams of meth taken off the streets.

With the assistance of the Martin County Prosecutor's office, Loogootee and Shoals Police Department and Indiana State Police two separate search warrants were served.

Police arrested:

Timothy E. Ervin, 40, of Loogootee, on charges of dealing meth, possession of meth, possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon, maintaining a common nuisance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and neglect of a dependent.
Breanna L. Ervin, 18, of Loogootee, on charges of maintaining a common nuisance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jackie Edmondson, 41, of Loogootee, on charges of dealing meth, possession of meth and maintaining a common nuisance
Johnathan W. Dant, 38, of Loogootee, on charges of maintaining a common nuisance.
Jordan E. Spires, 25, of Odon, on charges of maintaining a common nuisance, possession of marijuana

A subsequent investigation led the Sheriff's Office to a Emmons Ridge Road where officers served a search warrant.

Police arrested:

Richard Bolen, 48, of French Lick, on charges of dealing meth, possession of meth, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and maintaining a common nuisance. He was also wanted on a warrant out of Clark County on meth charges.
Kimberly K. Dobson, 34, of French Lick, on charges of dealing meth, possession of meth, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and maintaining a common nuisance.
Steve L. Lewis, 57, of French Lick on charges of visiting a common nuisance.
