(LITTLE YORK) - The Little York Store sustained substantial damage after a fire on Wednesday morning.
The fire had been burning for some time before someone noticed it and alerted police.
The fire broke out in the attic area, which compounded the threat of the ceiling falling in.
No one was in the building when the fire started.
Firefighters from GIson Township, Salem, Scottsburg and Finley Township used thousands of gallons of water to extinguish the blaze.
All the contents in the building were destroyed. The four walls and part of the roof remain.
Firefighters say faulty wiring may have ignited the blaze.
