(BEDFORD) - A Mitchell woman complained of pain after a rear-end collision at the intersection of State Road 37 and Patrick Robbins Way Monday afternoon.
According to a Bedford Police report, 44-year-old Candi Miller of Mitchell was traveling northbound on State Road 37 and approached Patrick Robbins Way.
Miller told police she didn't see the 2007 Volkswagen Beetle stopped at the red light and struck the rear of the vehicle with her 2003 Hyundai Elantra.
The driver of the Volkswagen, 52-year-old Dana White, told police she had slowed for the red light and glanced in her rear-view mirror and noticed the vehicle approaching fast and not stopping. White attempted to merge into the right lane to avoid the accident but wasn't successful.
White was not injured. Miller complained of lower arm and elbow pain.
