(JASPER) - Police arrested an English man after he allegedly threatened to blow up Klem Hospitality in Jasper where he worked.
According to the Jasper Police they received a report from the business, located at 305 East 12th Street in Jasper, that 24-year-old Cody Smith had threatened to blow up the building where he worked.
Employees told police that on Saturday, Smith said he was going to "blow the place up" and feared and believed he was capable of doing it.
Smith was arrested at 10:45 a.m. Monday on a count of intimidation and booked into the Dubois County Security Center where he is currently being held without bond.
