(BLOOMINGTON) - A motorist on State Road 37 told Bloomington Police on Tuesday that she accidentally cut another motorist off and that is when he pointed a gun at her.
The incident happened around 11:20 a.m. in the area of State Road 37 and State Road 45/46 bypass.
Police say that a 53-year-old woman told police she was traveling south on State Road 37 when she unintentionally cut off another car in the construction zone. The driver of the other car; a blue, older-model two-door with possibly out-of-state plates; honked, pulled next to her and pointed a handgun at her. He then continued south on State Road 37. The woman described him as a white man in his 40s with dark curly hair and a beard.
Police said they have no suspect in the crime.
