(DAVIESS CO.) - Washington Police arrested a Washington woman Friday on charges of disorderly conduct, domestic battery and neglect of a dependent.
34-year-old Theresa Lewis is being held without bond in the Daviess County Security Center.
Washington Police also arrested 28-year-old Andrew O'Conner of Bicknellon Friday on charges of domestic battery and possession of marijuana. He is being held without bond.
