(UNDATED) - Millions of people in the United States have Alzheimer’s disease or another dementia and the number is growing.

Caregivers provide day-to- day help for friends or family members. Caregiver University offers education on important topics for these providers.
"When a loved one receives a diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease or some other form of dementia, it is hard to know where to start," said Dayna Thompson, MS, LMHC.
