(ODON) - Odon Town Marshal Scot Noble wants to crack down on town ordinance violations.
He told the town board this week that he has started a policy that each shift produces a minimum of three ordinance violations either written or verbal.
He also wants to replace some ordinances with a general nuisance ordinance which he says would be more effective and easier to enforce. He also suggested updating fee schedules.
His ideas are being looked over by the town's attorney for consideration.
