(MITCHELL) - Three Mitchell residents were arrested Saturday after police found meth and heroin in a home on East Frank Street.
Police arrested 54-year-old John Jones on charges of possession of a narcotic drug, possession of meth, unlawful possession of a syringe, maintaining a common nuisance, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Police arrested 38-year-old Jill Correll on charges of possession of a narcotic drug, possession of meth, unlawful possession of a syringe, maintaining a common nuisance, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Police arrested 28-year-old Lindsay Eggles on charges of possession of narcotic drug, possession of meth, unlawful possession of a syringe, visiting a common nuisance, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.
According to Chief Deputy Aaron Shoults, officers with the Lawrence County Police Department, Martin County Sheriff's Department and Mitchell Police Department served a search warrant at a home in the 300 block of East Frank Street at 7 p.m.
During the search, officers found syringes, one of which tested positive for meth, smoking devices that contained burnt marijuana, vials of naloxone and a spoon with residue that tested positive for heroin.
