(BEDFORD) - A turkey hunter found a stolen a motorcycle in the woods between the 820 and 1490 block of Ramsey Ridge Road on Sunday afternoon.
According to Lawrence County Sheriff Mike Branham, the blue and white Suzuki GXSR 1000 motorcycle was found at 4:39 p.m. about 1600 feet from the roadway at the trail head for the Hoosier National Forest off Ramsey Ridge Road.
There was no license plate on the vehicle, but officers checked the vehicle identification number and found it had been reported stolen out of Greene County," says Sheriff Branham. "The vehicle was towed and information about its recovery was turned over to the Greene County Police."
