(BEDFORD) - A Bedford man was injured in a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of John Williams Boulevard and Beech Street on Tuesday afternoon.
According to a Bedford Police report, 71-year-old Janet Jackson of Bedford was traveling east on John Williams Boulevard in the right lane and was approaching the intersection of Beech Street.
At the same time, 72-year-old David Armstrong of Bedford was traveling westbound on John Williams Boulevard and had stopped in the left turn lane to make a left turn from John Williams Boulevard onto Beech Street.
Both Jackson and a witness at the scene told police Armstrong turned in front of Jackson's 2015 Kia Sportage.
Police say the bumper on Jackson's Kia struck the left front side of Armstrong's 1987 Ford Bronco.
Jackson was not injured. Armstrong complained of chest pain.
