Live Well Lawrence County To Host Two Meetings In June

(UNDATED) - Live Well Lawrence County will be hosting two meetings this month.

The Bedford meeting will feature a special presentation from IU Health Bedford about options for grief support in our community. There will also be continued discussion about a possible county health challenge.

The Mitchell meeting will focus on developing project steps and implementation for initiatives selected as part of the CDC obesity prevention grant. Your input and participation will help these projects to have a more powerful impact.

Everyone is welcome to attend.

Brainstorm project steps and implementation for the Mitchell focused obesity prevention projects voted on in May.

Trail signage for a pedestrian route
Mitchell Farmers' Market
Mitchell School Wellness Policy
School walking + running groups
Field trips to other school to observe best health practices
