(JASPER) - A Loogootee woman was arrested Monday after she made her way into a non-patient care area at Memorial Hospital in Jasper claiming she was a new employee.
According to a Jasper Police report, 45-year-old Peggy Stoll retrieved a hospital gown and scrubs when she enter the restricted area saying she was a new employee.
Hospital staff became immediately suspicious, and called security.
Jasper Police were then called and Stoll was arrested.
Police say Stoll would not speak to officers or identify herself. At the police department, Stoll allegedly continued to resist officers and also damaged an air conditioning grate in the holding cell.
She is facing charges of resisting law enforcement, disorderly conduct, criminal mischief and refusal to aid an officer.
