(PAOLI) - The Paoli Community School board voted Monday to suspend Superintendent Casey Brewster.
In a letter presented to Brewster earlier this week, Brewster was informed of the board's vote to terminate his superintendent's contract and his regular teacher's contract effective July 10th.
The board listed the following reasons for suspending Brewster and considering his termination:
The letter also references neglect of duty and failure to keep the board fully informed on all matters critical to the proper operation of the corporation.
The board will meet in a special public session June 26 to consider hiring an interim superintendent. The meeting will begin at 7 p.m. in the board room at the superintendent's office.
