(BEDFORD) - With updates from the Secret Service given just this week, Bedford Chamber officials are asking that anyone attending The Becky Skillman Leadership Institute event happening Friday to pass the following urgent information on to ticket holders:
In cooperation with security requests, there will be assigned seats for tomorrow's event. Guests will not be seated on a first come, first served basis as we have done in the past. Please ask each guest to give their first name, last name, and the company they are with at the sign-in table.
If your company has reserved a table but has not provided the first and last names of the attendees, please respond let the Bedford Chamber of Commerce know your company name and the names of your guests. If you have not yet picked up your tickets, they are available at the Chamber of Commerce until 4 p.m. today, or they can be claimed at the check-in table if you are unable to make it to the Chamber before 4 p.m.
There will be absolutely no parking available at the Boys and Girls Club tomorrow. Buses will provide transportation to the Club from nearby parking lots, which are designated in the attached map, starting at 8 a.m. Guests will be shuttled from their parked cars to the front entrance of the Club, where the sign in table will be. Again, please have tickets and names ready.
Please anticipate these changes to the event this year. Again, this is quite different from what Chamber guests have experienced in the past, and we are certain that these extra measures are worth the incredible line up of presenters for tomorrow's event.
If you have any questions at all, please contact Tara with the Bedford Chamber at 812-275-4493.
