(WASHINGTON) - A man who tried to take a purse from a woman at the Washington Wal-Mart in 2015, pleaded guilty to attempted robbery resulting in bodily injury.
According to court records, 20-year-old Jacob Kunze will be sentenced July 21.
A plea agreement calls for him to possibly receive 12 years.
Another, charged in the same case is 19-year-old Nicholas White. He has a pre-trial set for July 5th with a jury trial scheduled for September 26th.
Both were arrested in November of 2015 on warrants for the crime which had occurred about a month earlier. Kunze was 19 at the time and White was 18. The woman fell in the incident injuring a knee.
