(BEDFORD) - The owners of the Bedford and Jasper Buffalo Wings & Rings were recently named Franchisee of the Year at the Cincinnati-based company’s annual conference in Clearwater, Florida.
"It is a true honor. You know all my associates, staff members if you will, work very hard for us to make us as successful as we are," said Ann Bennett, co-owner of the two locations.
Bennett and Mike Weyer, co-owner with Bennett, were chosen for the top award out of 70 other Buffalo Wings and Rings locations.
CEO Nader Masadeh said, "Mike and Ann have always been a top preforming store. Recently they have just been pushing the envelope with the service to the guests, living our values and culture, providing that club level experience to our guests and just I believe over delivered in terms of these qualities."
"With chef inspired meals, the mom can be happy with her meal, the dad can have his wings, and there's plenty of options for the kids as well. Provided in an atmosphere that is bright and open with contemporary decor and then our service promise to our guests. We put it all together and call it the "Club Level" experience," said Masadeh.
Weyer and Bennet pride themselves on their success in such a small market and feel that their customers continue to come back for the positive experience, elevated menu options and "club level" experience that CEO Masadeh described.
"I am at the helm of operations. Its all within the training that we do here. I do train my associates for success. I hope that they implement every thing that they are trained for customer service to make sure that our customer satisfaction is elevated," Bennett said.
