The third award of the evening was the Community Service Award.
"The Community Service Award has always been the highlight of the night for our Chamber and really shows the dedication and commitment to our community," Sizemore said.
"There are few people in this world who brighten up everyone's day, but this recipient does. There are few people that are as caring as he is. There are few people that are loved by their community as this man is..." Sizemore continued.
Steve Warren took home the 2017 Community Service Award.
"I love you guys, you know that. I love Bedford so much. You guys are just my best friends in the whole world.," Said Warren.
