(DAVIESS CO.) - Washington Police arrested two Washington men Friday for possession of marijuana, maintaining a common nuisance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Police arrested 53-year-old Bradley Lawyer and 53-year-old Kevin Lawyer. Both are being held without bond in the Daviess County Security Center.
Washington Police arrested 34-year-old Thomas Wirts III, of Washington Friday on charges of domestic battery, possession of marijuana, visiting a common nuisance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is being held without bond.
Washington Police arrested 26-year-old Danielle Wiscaver, of Lyons, Friday on charges of possession of Marijuana, visiting a common nuisance, unlawful possession of a syringe, and possession of drug paraphernalia. His bond was set at $2,500.
State Police arrested 52-year-old Kevin Byrer, of Odon, Friday on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated on alcohol and drugs and conspiracy. He is being held without bond.
The Daviess County Sheriff's Department arrested 31-year-old David Akers of Washington Friday for Driving While Suspended.
Akers is being held without bond.
211 inmates were being held in the Daviess County Security Center Saturday morning.
