(HELTONVILLE) - A Heltonville man was arrested after he was found restrained by two other males on the front porch of a home.
Officers were called to a home on Heltonville Lane at 2:45 a.m. this morning after a report of a domestic dispute and a man "out of control".
According to Chief Deputy Aaron Shoults when officers arrived they found 29-year-old Brandon Reynolds being restrained on the front porch of the home by two other males who lived at the home
"Reynolds was cuffed and placed in a patrol car," Chief Deputy Shoults says.
Police discovered Reynolds' girlfriend went to the home seeking help, telling the residents she had been injured by Reynolds.
"Shortly after being let inside the home, Reynolds arrived at the home and burst through the front door of the home, grabbed the woman and pushed her," Chief Deputy Shoults added. "During that time one of the other males suffered a cut to his left forearm."
Reynolds was arrested on charges of domestic battery, battery, residential entry and interfering with a 911 call and transported to the Lawrence County Jail.
