(BLOOMINGTON) - The I-69 Development Partners Team announces the closure of Medical Park Boulevard between the hospital entrances and the new connector road on the south end of Medical Park Boulevard to complete construction of the roadway.
The temporary closure of Medical Park Boulevard has begun and will remain closed for two weeks, weather permitting.
Due to this closure, these are the following detours to get to Monroe Hospital, medical offices on West Fullerton Pike and Shaw Road.
To get to the hospital:
Go west on Fullerton Pike to Medical Park Blvd.
Go south on Medical Park Blvd. to access parking lot
To get to the medical offices on West Fullerton Pike:
Go west on Tapp Road to S. Leonard Springs Rd.
Go south on S. Leonard Springs Rd to W. Fullerton Pike
Go east on W. Fullerton Pike and access medical offices
To get to Shaw Road:
Go east on Fullerton Pike to Rockport Rd.
Go southwest on Rockport Road to Shaw Road
Drivers are not to use the Monroe Hospital parking lot to avoid the closure. Drivers will be fully responsible for any actions taken by the hospital for using its private parking lot as a detour route.
