(SALEM) - A man was arrested on Saturday after an Indiana State Trooper was flagged down by a concerned citizen at the Dollar General Store in Salem.
Troopers Zach Smith and Brett Walters found 35-year-old Stephen Jonas walking around the building.
Troopers approached Jonas and discovered that he was in possession of numerous drugs, syringes and drug paraphernalia.
Jonas was arrested and troopers then searched his vehicle. Inside they found multiple baggies of drugs and more syringes.
Jonas was arrested on charges of dealing cocaine, heroin and meth, possession of cocaine, heroin and meth, unlawful possession of syringes, possession of a legend drug and possession of drug paraphernalia.
