(BLOOMINGTON) - The I-69 Development Partners Team announces closure at Shaw Road between Rockport Road and Medical Park Boulevard effective immediately.
The closure is being placed to install drainage structures through the intersection. The intersection will remain closed for a minimum of eight days.
Drivers must access the Monroe Hospital via Fullerton Pike only. Motorists west of State Road 37 should use Rockport Road to Fullerton Pike to access the hospital.
Drivers are not to use the Monroe Hospital parking lot to avoid the closure. Drivers will be fully responsible for any actions taken by the hospital for using its private parking lot as a detour route.
Once this project is completed, construction crews will begin work on the West Fullerton Pike tie-in to complete road construction on Fullerton Pike.
