(BEDFORD) - A Bloomington woman complained of elbow and lower arm pain after a two-vehicle accident on State Road 58, east of State Road 446 on Saturday afternoon.
According to a Lawrence County police report, 22-year-old Joseph Guess, of Heltonville was traveling west on State Road 58 and told police he didn't see the 2008 Honda Civic driven by 33-year-old Mary Marshall of Bloomington, who was traveling south on State Road 446.
Police say Guess did not yield the right of way at the flashing red light and pulled his Honda Accord into the path of Marshall's car.
Guess was cited for not having a valid driver's license and no insurance.
Guess and his passengers were not injured. Children in Marshall's car were not injured because police say they were restrained in car seats.
